Wheelie bins used for recycling and waste collection quickly accumulate dirt and grime, both inside and out. This not only looks unsightly, but breeds bacteria and soon becomes a public health hazard: wheelie bins need to be cleaned, often. But this can be a difficult and awkward task.
Not anymore. The new design BinBlaster employs a deceptively simple idea to solve the wheelie bin cleaning problem: draw hydraulic pressure from the mains water supply to lift and invert wheelie bins at an ergonomic height for easy cleaning.
The new BinBlaster BB1000 is a smart solution for cleaning mobile garbage bins – with the turn of a lever, the BinBlaster lifts and tips bins onto their side at the most ergonomic height for manual washdown. The BinBlaster is available in an electric version with a removable 12v battery pack, or a hydro version powered by mains water pressure (suitable for areas with water pressure higher than 400kPa).
As standard, the BinBlaster features an ‘antler’ bin hitch which safely lifts EN840-standard wheelie bins of any size from 80L right up to 1100L; custom hitches can also be fitted to suit ANSI trash carts, DIN9797 Eurobins and Foodcap capsules. An extendable drip tray and debris bucket help protect the drainage system from large cleaning debris and rubbish. Both BinBlaster models are operated without mains electricity, which minimises electric shock hazards and allows them to be used almost anywhere.
The BinBlaster features durable galvanised steel construction, integrated grab-handles and wheels, and a collapsible design for economical shipping and storage. Like all Simpro products, the BinBlaster requires little maintenance and comes with a comprehensive 12-month warranty.
